Your home inspection will be performed in a timely manner with a detailed report, including photos, provided to the purchaser and realtor within 24 hours of the inspection, often same day. The cost of your home inspection will vary depending on home type and size.
Fees start at $300 and are due at the time of the inspection by check, Discover, American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
RADON TESTING
Testing for radon gas has become a common test for this hazardous gas that can be found in the basements of homes. A standard 48 hour EPA approved radon test can be performed to detect active radon gas levels within the home. Radon gas levels that test over 4.0 P.C.L require an EPA approved remediation system to be installed within the property. Phase Systems can provide you with all the guidance required to get a remediation performed in a timely manner. Homes should be tested for radon levels every two years. Results may vary depending on weather and conditions within the home. Radon testing done in conjunction with a home inspection is $100 or $150 by itself.

WATER TESTING
Homes on a well should be tested for fecal and coliform bacteria levels and should have a routine septic walk over and a die test performed. Fees for water testing are $150.
